Invisalign
Straighten teeth discreetly with Invisalign braces in Dunstable
Invisalign is the revolutionary way to straighten teeth discreetly. Made from a series of clear, plastic aligners, they sit comfortably over the top of your teeth.
Unlike conventional braces, there’s no brackets or wires which can dig into your mouth, meaning Invisalign is a more comfortable way to straighten teeth. Invisalign is so discreet that most people won’t even realise you’re having your teeth straightened.
Wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours a day and take them out to eat, drink and brush your teeth. This form of teeth straightening is more hygienic and it’s easier to take care of your teeth and gums too.
Invisalign has been used by hundreds of patients throughout Bedfordshire including Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Sewell and Totternhoe to straighten teeth. Invisalign can also help to space out crowded teeth, close gaps between teeth, move protruding teeth and correct most bite problems.

Consultation and Scan
We’ll then take digital images of your teeth using Invisalign’s special iTero scanner. These give 3D images show how your teeth look now and how they will look as they move through to their straightened position.
This clever technology enables you to see how your teeth will look before you even begin wearing Invisalign braces.
Treatment plan and creation of your Invisalign aligners
The 3D images of your teeth form your treatment plan and are used to create your bespoke Invisalign aligners.
Once your aligners are ready, they are sent back to Dunstable Dental Practice. We will invite you back to show you how to wear and remove your aligners and give you several packs of aligners upfront.
Wear your Invisalign aligners
You wear each set of aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day for a set amount of time, usually a week, as prescribed by your dentist.
After this time, you move on to the next set of Invisalign aligners in the series. Each set of aligners is slightly different from the last and this allows for the gradual movement in your teeth.
We ask you back to the dental practice in Dunstable occasionally to check on your progress and provide you with more aligners.
You continue wearing your Invisalign aligners, removing them only to eat, drink and brush your teeth until you reach the last set of aligners in the series. Your teeth have by now reached their final position and you can show off your lovely new smile.
